Our client is a fast-growing technology startup developing advanced products for demanding real-world applications. As the business expands, they’re looking for an Engineering Manager to develop their engineering teams, strengthen delivery processes, and support the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

\n
• Manage and develop engineering leads and senior engineers.
\n
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, career development, and staffing plans.
\n
• Build a collaborative team culture with clear expectations and accountability.
\n
• Coordinate project schedules, priorities, and resources across teams.
\n
• Identify delivery risks, address dependencies, and resolve resource constraints.
\n
• Help teams move products from development through testing and operational readiness.
\n
• Work with senior leadership to align engineering capacity with business priorities.
\n
• Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.
\n
• Improve planning and reporting processes as the organization grows.
\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years managing teams.
\n
• Experience leading engineers across multiple technical disciplines.
\n
• Background in developing products that combine physical components and software.
\n
• Demonstrated responsibility for hiring, performance management, and employee development.
\n
• Ability to lead through experienced technical staff while remaining accountable for results.
\n
• Strong project planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
\n
• Graduate degree in engineering or a related technical field.
\n
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
\n
