Qualifications

• Active RN license, valid in Georgia or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience as an OR nurse preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Comfortable adapting to new electronic health records and perioperative technology

Duties

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of OR cases, including general, orthopedic, and specialized surgeries
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and surgical safety protocols
• Conduct detailed pre-op, intra-op, and post-op patient assessments and documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centric care while supporting and educating patients and families
