Job Responsibilities:
- Support transformation engagements led or orchestrated by Enterprise Strategy .
- Research industry best practices and key business/technology change drivers.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize operational and performance data .
- Conduct research and analysis across:
- Business processes
- Technology
- Products
- Pricing
- Policies
- Governance
- Value assessment
- Document as-is processes and operating models .
- Support development and visualization of recommendations for strategic business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support enterprise transformation and customer experience strategies .
