PMO Quality Lead

Title: PMO Quality Lead (Tolling) Location: Texas Job Description: We are seeking a PMO Quality Lead to drive quality initiatives across tolling programs, ensuring products and services meet established standards for quality, reliability, and performance. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality processes, standards, and procedures. Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements. Monitor quality metrics, identify risks, and drive corrective/preventive actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Handle customer quality concerns and present quality reports to leadership. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across tolling programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. 5+ years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience. Experience in manufacturing, technology, or program-based environments. Tolling, transportation, or infrastructure experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of quality tools, statistical analysis, and regulatory standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
