Safety ManagerThe Safety Manager will oversee site safety programs and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace. This role involves ensuring compliance with applicable regulations through audits, inspections, and ongoing monitoring. The successful candidate will partner with facility leadership to improve safety procedures and implement best practices. Additionally, the Safety Manager will provide limited support for environmental compliance by working with environmental staff as needed.ResponsibilitiesLead facility safety and environmental compliance programs, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions to reduce risk.Develop, deliver, and coordinate safety training while promoting a strong safety culture across operations.Monitor safety performance through reporting, recordkeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage PPE programs and collaborate with employees, leadership, auditors, and regulatory agencies on health and safety matters.Essential SkillsSafety managementOSHA 10 certification2+ years of EHS experienceDegree in Safety, Environmental, or 2+ years' equivalent work experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification (Preferred)Experience in industrial manufacturing (Preferred)Experience running safety programs within industrial settings (Preferred)Familiarity with running safety investigations, audits, and inspectionsCustomer service skillsWhy Work Here?Enjoy low-cost comprehensive medical and dental insurance, free basic life and disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
