WaveMAX Laundry is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking Laundry Attendants to join our team in West Sacramento.

Our attendants are an important part of the customer experience. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others, take pride in keeping a clean and welcoming environment, and are comfortable working in an active, fast-paced setting.

The most important qualification is being friendly and helpful to our customers.

No laundromat experience is required. We are willing to train dependable people with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

·         Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

·         Assist customers with washers, dryers, payment systems, and general questions

·         Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store

·         Clean washers, dryers, folding tables, floors, restrooms, and other customer areas

·         Provide Wash-Dry-Fold services, including washing, drying, folding, packaging, and

organizing customer orders

·         Restock supplies and maintain work areas

·         Perform routine opening and closing responsibilities

·         Monitor the store and promptly report equipment or facility issues

·         Follow WaveMAX Laundry procedures and safety standards

·         Work cooperatively with other team members to keep the store running smoothly

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, cleaning, or laundromat experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

This is an active position. Employees must be able to:

·         Stand and walk for extended periods

·         Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the facility

·         Handle laundry bags, baskets, and supplies

·         Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds

·         Safely perform routine cleaning duties

Pay: $18.00–$22.50 per hour, depending on experience and position

Expected hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week for part-time employees and approximately 30+ hours per week for full-time employees.
