Randstad has partnered with an industry leader known for stability and community impact to find an organized, driven coordinator for their growing Talent Acquisition team.

The Role:

Own the interview logistics by managing complex calendars, virtual setups, and candidate communications.

Maintain data integrity within Workday (ATS) to ensure a seamless and accurate hiring pipeline.

Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, delivering a top-tier experience.

Support onboarding activities, internship programs, and high-impact university recruiting events.

The Requirements:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred).

0-1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or HR support.

Solid proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Workday, and an ability to quickly learn ATS systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
