• Outpatient clinic with call -- 1:2 call ratio, 20-min response time
• 13 - 18 patient encounters per shift
• 230 deliveries per year
• Low and high risk OB -- vaginal, C-section, VBAC, breech, multiples
• FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, abruption management required
• Office GYN -- IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery, cystoscopy
• Laparoscopic GYN -- tubal ligation, LOA -- diagnostic and minor only
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
