Benefit Administration:

\n

\n
• Assist Manager, HR for open enrollment and ongoing benefit administration.
\n
• Verify monthly benefit invoices by verifying employee eligibility and checking the accuracy of benefit enrollment.
\n
• Employee Wellness Program - Facilitates wellness activities and programs for employees.
\n
• SharePoint postings and maintenance for HR announcements.
\n

HR Duties:

\n

\n
• Assist Manager, HR for recruitment, including: Posting job openings
\n
• Scheduling interviews
\n
• Tracking status of candidates
\n
• Preparing the offer letter
\n
• Conducting reference checks
\n
• Arrangements of background check and drug testing
\n
• Assist Manager, HR for onboarding, including: Supporting new hires to enroll on ADP onboarding system.
\n
• Conducting or helping with new employee orientation
\n
• Ensuring all new hire paperwork is properly filed.
\n
• Perform HRIS data entry (ADP Work Force Now).
\n
• Employee file maintenance.
\n
• Employee medical file maintenance.
\n
• Create the company newsletter and employee spotlight posting.
\n
• Assist Manager, HR to develop and manage employee training program.
\n
• Quarterly Star and Wellness Awards, bi-annual Service Awards, Annual Sales Awards preparation.
\n
• Assist Manager, HR for job description management.
\n

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of and skill in using computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.
\n
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
\n
• Ability to work with general supervision.
\n
• Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
\n
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
\n
• Knowledge of HRIS such as ADP WFN is preferred.
