Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our Facilities Maintenance team! In this role, you will support the successful execution of construction and facilities maintenance projects by coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project activities remain organized and on track. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients are essential to success in this role. Responsibilities Coordinate and support all phases of construction and facilities maintenance projects from initiation through closeout. Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and tracking project milestones. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met. Monitor project progress and help identify potential delays, risks, or issues, escalating concerns as needed. Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, material deliveries, subcontractor documentation, and vendor communications. Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, permits, submittals, invoices, and project correspondence. Prepare project reports, status updates, meeting notes, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with project billing, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation activities. Support compliance efforts by ensuring project documentation aligns with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Perform additional administrative and project support duties as assigned. Experience and Skills Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, construction operations, or a similar role preferred. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with ERP systems, project management software, or project tracking platforms. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering high‑quality results. Knowledge of construction processes, project documentation, and contract administration is a plus. Why Identiti?
