Bilingual Family Care Coordinator - Child & Family Services

ICL in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a Care Coordinator to provide care coordination for children facing behavioral health challenges. You will engage with community agencies and support your clients to enhance their wellness and reduce hospitalizations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and has at least two years' experience in the field.
