About This Role
Experienced Childcare Director skilled in program management, staff leadership, family engagement, and early childhood development. Proven ability to maintain high-quality childcare services while fostering a welcoming and enriching learning environment.
What You'll DoOverseeing the daily operations of the facility and ensuring a safe, educational, and compliant environment for children and staff. Leadership and Administration, staff management, child safety and well-being, regulatory compliance, Family and community relations, educational program oversight and facility management.
RequirementsQualified childcare director meeting all state requirements for education, experience, leadership, and regulatory compliance. Associate degree or CDA.
