The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and PL/SQL expertise, experience troubleshooting production issues, and the ability to analyze logs, debug problems, and support mission-critical systems. This is an onsite role. Requirements: Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Ability to troubleshoot database and application issues. Experience with log analysis and debugging. Understanding of APIs and system integrations. Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.? Nice to Have Experience supporting utility or energy industry applications. Exposure to cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or automation. Responsibilities: Provide production support for Oracle database applications. ??Troubleshoot application and database issues using SQL, PL/SQL, and log analysis. Investigate production incidents and perform root cause analysis. Develop and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, and functions. Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows. Work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues. Manage support tickets using JIRA. Participate in deployments and post-release validation.
