Esthetician Position at Avidan Med Spa

We seek a compassionate Esthetician to perform skin, body, and hair removal treatments at Avidan Med Spa new Location! At Avidan, we are looking for an Esthetician with responsibilities that include providing relaxation services like facial massages to clients who want a pampered look or helping them feel better about their appearance by applying carefully selected creams to ensure the health of their patient's skin. Salary is negotiable based on skills/experience. Ultimately, you will work directly with patients looking to improve the health of their skin and assess their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide waxing, facials, body treatments, and makeup applications.
• Adhere to appointments promptly by monitoring the schedule.
• Welcome clients in a warm, friendly manner.
• Accompanied clients to and from treatment rooms and thanking them on departure.
• Interview clients to obtain information about contraindications.
• Examine the client's skin to evaluate the suitability of treatments.
• Advise clients on skincare.
• Recommend suitable treatments and home care regimens.
• Engage with clients during sessions on topics relating to their interests.
• On time for their shifts and client appointments.
• Able to provide consistent services and treatments in accordance with state laws and salon protocols.
• Supporting the needs of the salon/spa.
• Ensuring the proper care of salon/spa equipment.
• Ensuring safety, sterilization, and sanitation procedures are satisfied.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Esthetician or similar role.
• 1-2-year Experience.
• Able to work part-time/ Flexible schedule. Able to work weekend and evening hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients' care.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent with a valid Esthetician's license.
