Tax DirectorCentury Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Tax Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year.Job Responsibilities:Lead tax planning initiatives for individuals and related entities while supporting long term financial and estate objectives.Oversee preparation and review of tax filings to ensure accuracy compliance and timely submission.Advise clients on investment structures business entities and financial transactions from a tax perspective.Monitor tax obligations throughout the year and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce risk.Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to support integrated planning and compliance efforts.Requirements:A Bachelor degree in accounting finance taxation or a related field.7+ years of progressive tax experience spanning planning compliance and advisory services.Demonstrate strong knowledge of individual trust partnership and corporate taxation principles.Possess experience supporting high net worth clients investment entities or sophisticated tax structures.Maintain understanding of federal and state tax regulations with exposure to multistate matters preferred.Qualifications:Communicate complex tax concepts clearly and effectively to clients and business partners.Maintain a high level of professionalism discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate tax strategies and financial decisions.Build trusted relationships with clients advisors and stakeholders through a consultative approach.Bring professional certification advanced tax education or experience within family office or advisory environments considered beneficial.
