Job Duties Performing mechanical repairs of refrigeration units and APUs in the shop and at customer locations Perform all levels of Preventative Maintenance inspections and repairs Diagnose malfunctions and update the customer on needed repairs Identify warranty repairs and document properly on the repair order Keep work area clean and safe Complete required documentation for work order files and customer billing Other duties as assigned Desired Competencies Safety Focused Team Player Process Oriented Self-Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure Motivated Problem Solver Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' experience as a refrigeration tech or diesel mechanic preferred Ability to obtain & maintain Department of Transportation (DOT) Technical Certification Valid Driver's License Benefits Opportunities for Advancement (Company Paid Carrier Module Training) Monthly Bonuses Health, Dental, Vision Insurance 401K with Matching Company Paid Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance Annual Tool & Boot Reimbursements We're an equal opportunity employer.
