What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking aBusiness Analystto support the execution of global commercial strategies for our digital farming solutions. You will collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that influence decision-making and improve business performance. The role involves data analysis, KPI identification, report creation, and the development and maintenance of data analytic processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into analytical deliverables. Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing actionable insights from diverse data sources. Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards within tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Document and track data quality issues in Jira for resolution by the responsible teams. Provide storytelling through data to support commercial and strategic initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related quantitative discipline. 3+ years of relevant analytic experience. Proficiency with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce), and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI). Strong data visualization and dashboarding expertise. Advanced skills inExcel, PowerPoint, and SQL. Ability to wrangle data from disparate sources and deliver insights. Experience working as an analyst within product, marketing, or sales organizations. Desired Skills & Experience: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Foundational project management experience, acting as liaison between business and technical teams. Familiarity with Google BigQuery or other database tools. Understanding of master data management, relational/columnar databases, ETL, and data warehousing. Intermediate proficiency in Tableau/PowerBI or similar visualization tools. Pay: $40.60 - $58.00 /hr. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
