Managefixedassetaccounting,includingadditions,disposals,andrelatedentries. Supporttheaccountspayableprocess,includinginvoicereview,processing,andpaymentscheduling. Prepareandpostjournalentriesaspartofthemonthlycloseprocess. Analyzegeneralledgeractivityandassistwithaccountreconciliationsandadjustments. Assistwithbudgeting,forecasting,andfinancialanalysis. Supportaccountsreceivableactivitiesandcustomeraccountmaintenance. Monitorcashflowandassistwithworkingcapitalinitiatives,includingDPOmanagement. Helpensurefinancialrecordsareaccurate,complete,andmaintainedonatimelybasis. Assistwithaccountingprojectsandotherdutiesasneeded. Qualifications 3+yearsofaccountingexperience,preferablywithina manufacturingorproductionenvironment . Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orarelatedfieldpreferred;equivalentprofessionalexperiencemaybeconsidered. Strongunderstandingofgeneralaccountingandbookkeepingprinciples. Experiencesupportingorindependentlycompletingmonth-endfinancialcloseactivities. AdvancedMicrosoftExcelskills,includingtheabilitytoanalyzeandmanipulatelargeamountsoffinancialdata. Experienceworkingwith MicrosoftDynamics orasimilarERPsystem. Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills. Excellentattentiontodetail,organization,andabilitytomeetdeadlines. Abilitytoworkindependentlywhilecollaboratingeffectivelywiththeaccountingteam.
