Staff Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base at salary $65,000.
Job Responsibilities :- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably as Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 842 with lease accounting standard.
- Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
