Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant reports to the Accounting Supervisor. This position assists the Accounting Supervisor and Controller in ensuring that the Company's accounting processes, including policies, are in accordance with US GAAP. This position assists the Accounting Supervisor and Controller in ensuring that the Company's accounting processes, including policies, are in accordance with US GAAP. Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 Job Description Bank reconciliation of multiple accounts Processing of payroll, with multi-site & multi-state Accounts Payable + invoice processing Month's end closings General ledger analysis - journal entries, budgets, forecasting Chart of accounts Accounts Receivables Advanced user experience with Excel Other duties as assigned Job Requirements 5+ years Accounting experience in manufacturing production Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar discipline (comparable work experience will be considered in leu of a degree).
