Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. As a BCBA at Kids Club ABA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies as needed

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality care standards are met

Requirements:

• BCBA certification

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field

• 2+ years of experience working with children with autism

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
