Learn more at . Job Summary This individual will use corporate training initiatives to steer the content of the training they conduct on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff Plans, coordinates, and executes new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant experience Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations Ability to multi-task and establish priorities Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Spanish Speaking preferred.
