This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the welding industry while working in the marine manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform spot welding on boat components and assemblies.Complete TIG welding on stainless steel boat parts.Read and follow basic work instructions and production specifications.Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain a safe and clean work environment.Work closely with team members to meet production goals.QualificationsPrevious welding experience, training, or welding school preferred.Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.Basic understanding of TIG welding techniques.Ability to work with stainless steel materials.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
