General Warehouse Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available
- Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm - 20/hr
- Monday-Friday 9pm-5:30am - $22/hr
- Overtime is required daily, with shifts often extending beyond 7:00 PM until all tasks are completed.
- Efficiently load trailers with outgoing shipments destined for customers.
- Safely and strategically build stable box walls from the bottom to the top inside trailers to maximize space utilization and prevent damage during transit.
- Cut and remove excess cardboard from around pallets, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform consistent lifting of packages weighing between 25 lbs and up to 70 lbs throughout the shift.
- Work effectively and safely in a fast-paced, physical environment, meeting daily operational goals.
General Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to consistently lift and carry items weighing 25-70 lbs.
- Proven capacity to work productively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse setting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
