Contract Logistics - Site Manager in Groveport

Job Description As a Contract Logistics Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site including warehousing, customer service and administration to achieve all agreed financial and operational objectives by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. How you create impact Your scope may include distribution activities depending on the location. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include: Achieve key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of safety, cost, quality, delivery, environment and people. Oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities, ensuring the correct skills and training is in place. Ensure all operational activities are compliant with external and internal requirements and standards. Lead all office and warehouse activities at the site while understanding and inspiring others to learn and develop. Drive all activities relating to customer onboarding, retention and operational excellence. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, developing new initiatives for operational, service and sustainable solutions. Contribute information required for tenders and proposals to support closing of new business. Ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities delivers the right transport solutions. What we would like you to bring Proven experience managing multi-customer warehouse environments with strong operational oversight. Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and coach large, diverse teams. Strong analytical capability to improve productivity, cost, space utilisation, and process efficiency. Experience in customer engagement, QBRs, and managing service level expectations in a dynamic environment.
