Sr. CRA - Phase 1 Oncology West Coast

Senior Clinical Research Associate at ICON overseeing clinical trial monitoring and site management for Phase I oncology studies. Lead monitoring activities ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and Good Clinical Practice standards while managing cross-functional collaboration and site staff guidance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and provide operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely and accurate data collection and reporting
- Train site staff and other CRAs to maintain high standards of trial conduct
- Build and maintain relationships with site personnel to facilitate trial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Extensive clinical research associate experience with strong trial process knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and clinical trial software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
- Legal right to work in assigned country
Compensation: $110,520–$138,150 base
