About Our Agency I’ve been a State Farm agent since September 2019 and bring more than 20 years of insurance experience, including work as a claims adjuster and in agency leadership. This background allows me to coach and mentor my team with practical knowledge and a genuine desire to help them grow. I’m a proud graduate of Purdue University–Indianapolis (B.S. in Psychology) and Indiana Wesleyan University (MBA). The role involves resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with agency team members, and anticipating the community members’ needs. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales‑minded candidates. Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
