We are hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support community events, promotional campaigns, brand activations, and nonprofit initiatives .

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, customer service professionals, and individuals looking for their first professional opportunity . No previous event or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you'll work alongside an experienced team to help deliver engaging community and promotional events.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with event setup, activities, promotions, and breakdown
• Welcome and engage with event attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer questions and provide information about featured programs and campaigns
• Represent nonprofit organizations, brands, and campaign partners professionally
• Support event marketing, community outreach, and promotional activities
• Distribute marketing materials and help increase awareness of featured campaigns
• Provide a positive customer service experience
• Communicate campaign information clearly to members of the community
• Work collaboratively with team members to help ensure successful events
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
• Learn and apply effective communication, presentation, and customer engagement techniques

Paid Training & Professional Development

Previous event, marketing, sales, or advertising experience is not required.

New team members receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support while developing practical skills in:
