Summary of Position
This position includes line cooks, bakers and dishwashers. Prepping, cooking, preparing, and presenting outstanding food every time. Our standards ensure excellent guest experiences that will make them want to return.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares menu items according to recipe requirements and adheres to product sensitivity and plate presentation guidelines
- Has a working knowledge of cooking stations, menu items, and prep procedures to ensure correct portioning, quality, cooking time and performance standards
- Keeps cooking line clean; stocks and rotates products on line
- Keeps prepared food continuously moving out of the kitchen.
- Commutes ticket times and potential service problems, safety issues, and product/equipment deficiencies to the Food Production Manager or Manager-on-Duty in a timely manner.
- Ensures proper recipe procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Anticipates, identifies and corrects equipment breakdowns as qualified.
- Performs all other work functions for which employee is qualified as required by business need.
