Compensation:

$45,000 - $60,000 Base Plus Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure comprehensive preparation for hearings and trials.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, with precision and clarity.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and manage case files efficiently.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and witness lists, contributing to a seamless trial process.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and accurate.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information to support case progressions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury and employment law, to effectively support our legal team.
• Ability to manage case details from intake through trial, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents with accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Strong research skills to conduct thorough legal research and provide valuable insights to the legal team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, attorneys, and other parties, fostering trust and transparency.
• Ability to collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategies and identify potential challenges early on.
• Experience in leading discovery meetings with clients, ensuring comprehensive information gathering and preparation for litigation processes.
