This role partners cross-functionally to deliver high-impact campaigns, events and promotions across Ascentek's family of brands and key customers. You'll bring strategic thinking, creativity and collaboration to drive brand consistency and measurable engagement.Key Responsibilities Include:Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product promotions across internal and external channelsServe as a strategic partner for marketing initiatives with key customersImplement and maintain marketing calendars for campaigns, product launches and key initiativesSupport and guide the creation of communications and marketing materials with consistent brand voice and designWrite, edit and refine marketing content for various formats including presentations, collateral and digital messagingUse marketing automation, email platforms and other software to build and distribute communicationsCoordinate trade shows, events and promotional partnerships for Ascentek and its family of brandsCollaborate with suppliers, agencies and internal teams to deliver cross-functional marketing projectsEnsure alignment of messaging and branding across all touchpointsContribute to brand storytelling through videos, testimonials and impact communicationsAnalyze campaign performance and engagement data to optimize future effortsChampion continuous improvement in brand communication and marketing strategiesStay up to date on trends in brand marketing, communication tools and campaign effectivenessPresent marketing strategies and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.Support market research, voice of customer initiatives and business case development through customer feedback, competitive analysis, benchmarking and market assessmentsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related fieldExperience and/or Training:4 - 6 years of experience in marketing or communicationsProven experience with email platforms, social media, campaign strategy and content developmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership, organizational and project management capabilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing software/toolsExpertise of campaign planning and brand storytellingStrategic thinker with strong attention to detailExperience with Act-On, HubSpot, Mailchimp or other marketing automation platformsProficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design toolsAbility to create compelling narratives and translate complex business concepts into clear, engaging stories that resonate with customers, teammates and other key audiencesExperience leading enterprise communications, internal brand campaigns or corporate eventsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign, customer and market data then translate findings into actionable insights and recommendationsFamiliarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Jira or similarKnowledge of brand governance, content planning or internal communications best practicesExperience with business to business marketing or communicationsExperience or interest in powersports, marine or outdoor industryPhysical, Mental, Environmental Demands:Frequent sitting and typing in a hybrid office environmentCreative focus with ability to multitask and meet project deadlinesPeriodic collaboration via phone, video calls or in-person meetingsOccasional lifting of materials (up to 40 pounds) for events or promotional setupsThe anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $ 62,828 - $75,000 annually.
