Bookkeeper Multi Entity Medical Practice

Mountain View Headache and Spine Institute is seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to support several related medical entities, including physician offices, a small surgery center, and additional small businesses such as rental property holdings. This role is fully onsite and focuses on daily transaction classification, reconciliations, and internal financial reporting. Responsibilities Classify daily bank and credit card transactions across multiple entities Record vendor payments, owner distributions, and routine financial activity Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare internal financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Maintain accurate ledgers and organized QuickBooks files Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and payroll preparation support Collaborate with the practice owner and office manager to understand workflows and improve financial processes Work with administrative and clinical leadership as needed to ensure accurate financial documentation Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop or Online Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Peoria, AZ Healthcare experience is a plus but not required Benefits $60,000–$65,000 annual salary Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow within a respected specialty practice #J-18808-Ljbffr MOUNTAIN VIEW HEADACHE AND SPINE INSTITUTE, PLLC
