Accounts Payable Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our accounting team. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of our growing construction operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in construction accounting, a deep understanding of accounts payable processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and manage high volumes of vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness Ensure invoices are properly coded and authorized in compliance with internal controls and job cost structures Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate and organized AP records and files Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely payments Assist with month-end closing processes, reconciliation and reporting as needed Handle credit applications submissions and vendor account setup. Generate payments to vendors on a routine schedule to ensure all payments are accurate and made on time. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry Proficient in Titanium/Sage Intacct Construction software (strongly preferred) or similar products Solid understanding of construction accounting practices and job cost control processes High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to adapt to various software platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills E-Verify IMCOR is an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing Competitive Wages, Excellent Employee Benefits, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off.
