Twos Lead Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Twos Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our twos program is all about discovery, independence, and building the foundation for a lifetime love of learning. What You’ll Do Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development. Foster social-emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem‑solving. Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent. Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration. Partner with your co‑teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded High School Diploma or GED and one of the following: Completed course EDU 119 Valid Child Development Associate (CDA) in Preschool Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development Prior experience in a licensed childcare center. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration. Authorization to work in the United States.
