Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience at a sophisticated law firm, with demonstrated exposure to joint venture, LLC, or partnership structuring. Education: J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials. Bar Admission: Active admission or immediate eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar. Work Style: Strong commitment to a collaborative, in‑office apprenticeship culture (3 to 4 days per week in‑office minimum). Nice‑to‑Have: An LL.M. in Taxation or coursework in partnership tax is a plus, though a strong interest in learning tax‑integrated deal structuring on the job is equally welcome.
