Assist with coordinating event schedules, materials, and preparation tasks. Help arrange event spaces, promotional displays, signage, and supplies. Support event activities and provide information to attendees. Assist with distributing promotional materials and explaining featured offerings. Communicate with team members to ensure event tasks are completed on time. Monitor supplies and help keep event areas organized and presentable. Assist with event setup, on-site support, and breakdown. Gather attendee feedback and share relevant observations with the team. Qualifications
