Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and metrics-minded Operations Analyst to join our core centralized Corporate Operations team in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified project coordination authorities resident anywhere across the Philippines. Serving as the essential strategic engine and data catalyst across all structural compliance frameworks, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over project resource metrics, engagement progress logs, and cross-functional team workflows. Shifting completely away from routine passive folder archiving, minor administrative form typing, localized copy-pasting loops, or basic disconnected support logging, you will run an active workflow management, capacity analytics, and internal quality control laboratory—partnering in lockstep with delivery team leads, Client Success, HR, Finance, and the Director of Operations. This position requires a professional services or audit support veteran with 2+ years of craft depth who maps out automated project milestones fluidly natively using Project Management applications, compiles complex executive analytics summaries cleanly natively leveraging Project Management spreadsheets inside Excel or Google Sheets, and commands high-velocity information security schedules confidently under globally distributed corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Engagement Governance: Oversee, organize, and track the end-to-end operational setup and execution timelines of multi-framework compliance audits across SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and PCI DSS pathways cleanly natively utilizing Project Management principles.
• Intake and Milestone System Architecture: Manage project creation queues, intake registries, and task tracking trees across cloud infrastructure tools (such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com) to coordinate delivery cells seamlessly.
• Proactive Risk and Resource Triage: Monitor resource capacity charts and project velocity trends continuously, flagging milestone delays or scheduling risks proactively to operational leadership.
• Data-Driven Executive Analytics: Gather, organize, and model multi-tenant utilization tracking charts and team execution statistics natively leveraging Project Management dashboards to generate actionable status analytics for the Director of Operations.
• Compliance Automation Operational Support: Provide operational tracking support and data verification loops inside cloud compliance tools (including Vanta, Drata, and Secureframe) to streamline client evidence aggregation.
• Process Bottleneck Remediation: Identify recurring operational friction points within the audit production line, authoring or updating clean standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and shared knowledge bases.
• Meticulous Quality Control Audits: Support internal quality validation processes, evaluating draft deliverable files against firm standards to preserve absolute consistency and documentation hygiene.
• Cross-Functional Integration Liaison: Serve as the foundational coordination node connecting client-facing delivery teams with centralized internal HR, client success, and corporate finance cells to drive special strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), or an identical technical or business field of study.
• A minimum of 2 years of verified professional history running advanced operations coordination, enterprise project tracking, professional services scheduling, or audit support management.
• Expert-tier capability modeling resource boards, tracking project milestones, and organizing agile tasks natively utilizing Project Management platforms (such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Excel, or Google Sheets).
• Practical operational familiarity navigating relational tracking logic, configuring user intakes, and auditing data integrity metrics natively using Project Management methodologies within consulting, professional services, or compliance-adjacent environments.
• Outstanding scannable written and verbal communication traits in business-fluent English to summarize analytical trends and brief executive leaders with absolute precision.

• Possession of active, recognized foundational credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belts.
