Industrial Controls Engineer
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies is seeking an Industrial Controls Engineer to support advanced aluminum investment casting operations. In this role, you will design, program, and troubleshoot PLC- and HMI-based control systems for furnaces, robotics, and automated equipment. You will optimize process control, improve reliability, and support predictive maintenance. Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams, you will lead root-cause analysis, ensure compliance with safety and aerospace standards, and drive continuous improvement in a precision manufacturing environment.
