Our organization is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to become a part of our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, close-knit community hospital located in a high-demand region. Both seasoned neurologists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply and build a fulfilling practice in the picturesque rural landscape of Vermont.

Position Type: Full-time
Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient consultations
Call Requirements: No call necessary

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Patient Volume: 14-16+ patients daily
  • Patient Population: Conditions include seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, dementia, tremors, stroke, headaches, back pain, arm pain, and general neurology issues
  • Procedures: EEG interpretation, IVIG administration, biopsies, nerve conduction studies, EMG
  • No operating room duties required

Qualifications:

  • Board eligible or board certified in Neurology
  • Experience with EMG is essential
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Comfort with EEG interpretation and nerve conduction studies is required

Practice Environment:

  • Established neurology practice with strong interdepartmental collaboration
  • Dedicated support team including a secretary, RN, and administrative staff
  • Emphasis on teamwork across departments
  • Small practice environment focused on personalized patient care
