Position: Caregiver Location: Ladysmith, WI Job Id: 642 # of Openings: 1 Caregiver - Care Villa's Location: Ladysmith, WI 54848 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional assisted living support to residents in Ladysmith, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving within assisted living environments and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Part-Time Night Shift Less than 30 hours per week Every other Weekend Every other Holiday Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide medication reminders and support as directed by healthcare professionals. Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors. Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed. Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience as a caregiver in an assisted living or similar setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in assisted living environments. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
