Join our Operations Leadership Group as a Logistics Technician I in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will partner across departments to provide supply chain insights and gain hands-on experience with inventory control, shipping, and project planning. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving tasks.
• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (PIT) to move, stack, and stage materials.
• Collaborate across various departments to streamline supply chain processes and provide operational insights.
• Assist with project planning and preparation for seasonal inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all physical and operational safety standards.
• Work independently and efficiently within a large, open-space warehouse setting to meet daily production goals.
• Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for basic data entry and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity or experience with international shipping regulations and documentation.
• Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives when working independently.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime, particularly during peak inventory seasons.

Education:

• High School

Experience:

• 1-4 years

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: Active forklift certification, or the ability to become certified upon hire.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift and comfortably lift up to 40+ lbs regularly.
• Communication: Full fluency in English (ability to read, speak, and write effectively).
