Metal Polisher / Deburring Technician

Responsible for deburring, grinding, polishing, and finishing metal parts to meet required quality and appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and surface imperfections from metal parts.

• Polish, buff, sand, and grind metal surfaces.

• Operate grinders, polishers, sanders, and hand tools safely.

• Inspect finished parts for smoothness, quality, and specifications.

• Follow work orders, drawings, and production requirements.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous deburring, metal polishing, or manufacturing experience is an asset.

• Experience using grinders, polishers, sanders, and hand tools.

• Good attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical work and handle metal parts safely.

• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
