Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst for a remote contractor position, this role focuses on supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows and Epic configurations, managing application support activities, and ensuring efficient medication management across healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary SME for Epic Willow Inpatient, supporting pharmacy application workflows and operational stability Manage daily application support activities, including incident resolution and service requests Build and optimize inpatient pharmacy configurations, including medication order sets and billing workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration and support Experience with pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering and dispensing processes
