HR Service Center Rep I - REMOTE

Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION Under supervision this position is responsible for providing timely and accurate service to customers (primarily active employees) by assisting in processing HR documents, i.e. benefit, salary, and status changes. Providing information on a wide range of human resources programs and services (via phone, chat, AskHR cases) and by the expeditious referral of more complex issues and sensitive inquiries to the appropriate area for resolution including, but not limited to, benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policy, training, work life programs, etc. NOTE: this role will be remote after the in-person, mandatory six-to-eight week training session is successfully completed. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED. 9 months customer services or administrative support experience in a corporate environment. 6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math. Experience utilizing email. Service oriented and has desire to assist the customer. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. High degree of confidentially. Organized and detailed oriented. Team player in a high paced team environment. Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
