Customer Service Representative

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and enjoys creating a seamless customer experience through warm transfers. Pay: $17.00/hour base Additional: $100.00 Internet stipend Bonus/Commission: Based on quality metrics Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time Start Date: July 7th Location: 100% Remote Base pay range $17.00/hr - $25.00/hr Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. Perform warm transfers , ensuring the receiving agent is briefed on the customer's needs before connecting the call. Navigate CRM and phone systems efficiently while on live calls. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Maintain high-quality service standards in line with company guidelines. Qualifications Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a remote environment. Reliable computer, camera, microphone, and high-speed internet connection. Commitment to working a set Pacific Time schedule.
