Job DescriptionAre you a natural-born leader with a passion for construction and keeping projects on track? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Project Manager - Civil Construction at PSC Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of civil construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:- Developing project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Managing project budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial goals
- Leading a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
- Monitoring and evaluating project progress to identify and address any issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
