Workday Production Support Analyst

Job Description Overview: We are seeking an experienced L2 Production Support Analyst to support and maintain our enterprise Workday environment. This individual will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues across the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent Acquisition, Security, VNDLY, and integrations. This role sits within the Production Services organization and focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and operational readiness of Workday. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Workday in a large enterprise environment, diagnosing integration and business process failures, monitoring scheduled jobs, and collaborating with HR, Finance, vendors, and internal technology teams to maintain seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 production support for Workday HCM and related modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent Acquisition, Security, VNDLY, and additional Workday solutions. Monitor Workday jobs, integrations, business processes, and scheduled tasks to ensure successful execution and availability. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, system failures, data discrepancies, workflow issues, and security access concerns. Support Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, web services, and inbound/outbound interfaces. Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and drive long-term resolutions. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, approvals, notifications, and workflow enhancements based on business and compliance requirements. Support Workday Security Administration, including role-based access controls, user provisioning, and security audits. Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and development teams to resolve functional and technical issues. Assist with Workday releases, deployments, regression testing, and production readiness activities. Strong experience supporting Workday HCM modules including Hore HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, VNDLY Strong experience supporting Workday HCM modules including: Hands on experience with Workday Studio, Web Services, APIs and Workday Integrations Experience supporting production releases, deployments, and post-release validation activities. Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts for troubleshooting and analysis.
