Job Description and Salary ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 2nd to 4th year class in their Los Angeles or San Francisco office. Our highly recognized labor, employment & OSHA practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, labor & employment associate to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national companies. Candidates should have strong research skills, experience in employment advice & counsel, drafting of policies and employment‑related agreements, and litigation, including restrictive covenants, single plaintiff claims, and class actions. Traditional labor experience is a plus. Qualified candidates should also have a strong academic record along with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Membership in good standing with the California Bar is required. ArentFox Schiff LLP offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $275,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
