Estimator – Heavy Civil / Utilities ?? Colony | Full-Time | Onsite Build the work before it ever hits the field. My Client is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Estimator to support preconstruction efforts across underground utilities, data centers, and municipal infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role where your numbers directly influence what gets built—and how successfully it gets delivered. This is not a plug-and-play position. We’re looking for someone who understands the work, identifies risk early, and builds estimates that win.
