Reason for Coverage: Maternity Leave

Practice Setting: Office-Clinic/Outpatient/Hospital Based/Rounding

Call Ratio: APP rotation TBD

Average Number of Cases Per Day: n/a

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Description of Ancillary Staff: 1 front office, 1 surical scheduler, 1 onsite manager, 1 office RN, 2 Physician Assistants, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 2 Surgeons
Patient Age Demographic: Adult/Geriatric

Procedures/Surgeries Required: will not perform any procedures

  • Board Certified (AGACNP - BC, ACNPC-BC, AGPCNP-BC, ACNPC-AG) - Required
  • Active VA license & DEA - Required, no exceptions - will NOT accept those willing to obtain
  • ACLS/BLS - Required
  • Provider must be Local - Required
